Azure House stands on the cliff above Xlendi Bay: white walls, a stone terrace, a pool that seems to pour into the water, and a garden path that ends at the arch where ceremonies happen. Sixty guests dine on the terrace; a hundred and twenty in the hall below it, with every door open.
On the open day nothing is a sketch. The tables are laid, the arch is dressed in flowers cut that morning, the kitchen serves the wedding menu and the musicians who play here play. You see the house as it will look on your day — and you leave with a date held for you.
